At North West Childcare we believe in building long lasting relationships with our clients and as we are able to offer everything from a maternity nurse to a nanny or housekeeper, through both North West Childcare and the Housekeeper Company, we can offer you an honest opinion based on what you actually need, as opposed to what we are able to offer.

We discuss your requirements in depth with you and then we take over your recruitment worries. We place adverts for you in appropriate publications...we interview and check suitable applicants....we only send you the best people, after we have spent time weeding out those who are unsuitable, so you don't have to.

We then arrange interviews for you, liase with you and the applicant(s) for feedback after the interview nad we don't disappear, we are there to support and help you through the entire time your nanny works for you.

The best news of all is the headhunting service is free!!! We only ask you to pay for the cost of the advert and then only if we find someone for you our normal fee structure would apply.
