At North West Childcare we care about what you are looking for, we will listen carefully to what you are looking for, advise you on the most suitable type of childcare for you and take down detailed information about your job. This will make the basis of your client registration form, which we will send to you to check and complete. If you wish to go ahead with our company, we ask you to sign and return the registration form to us and then we will make a shortlist of potential Nannies who match your requirements exactly.
We pride ourselves on acting like a “head-hunter”, as we will only send candidates that exactly match.
We will then contact the applicants, and fully brief them about your position. Unlike other nanny agencies, we do not send out details of candidates without their knowledge and permission. We ensure that they are fully briefed about your position and then, if they feel they are suitable and want to be put forward for the position, we will send you their CV.
If you are interested in them, we will arrange interview appointments for you at a mutually convenient time. We will then get feedback from them following the interview and then speak to you to see what you thought of them. 
If you are not interested then we will continue to look for more suitable applicants for you.
If both parties are interested, we will often recommend you conduct a second interview, which can take place over a few hours, where the nanny gets to spend some time with your children and you can both see if you are right for each other.
If that goes well then we will help you in brokering the job offer with your nanny, and once he or she has accepted, we will help you with all aspects of arranging her employment, including: contracts of employment, payroll, childcare registering with Ofsted.
What also makes NWC different is we do not disappear once the placement has been made; we are here to assist you throughout the whole employment of your nanny.
