Matching your needs
Once we have interviewed you, in a friendly, informal meeting, usually in our office, we will make a CV and personalised file for you, based on your experience, qualification and proficiency and including any references, certificates and other data you may have. This will help us to talk about you, confidently with our clients, and enables us to make sure that when we send your details out, the client is able to make an informed decision about you, based on having all your information in front of them.

We are different from other local agencies, as we do not ever send out your details to clients without your full knowledge and permission, as we feel that you have a right to know who is going to be in receipt of your personal information. We take the data protection laws, regarding confidentiality of information, very seriously. We will let  you have all the details we have about a position and it is your decision whether or not you wish to be put forward for the position or not.  

 
The interview
Once we send your details to the family and they request to see you for an interview, we will make all the arrangements for you and will organise a mutually convenient time for you and the family to meet each other.

After the interview we want to hear from you as we value your feedback.  We will also speak to the client to see what they thought of you. If both parties are interested in each other we will then organise a second interview, so that you can spend more time with the family.

Remember it is just as important for you to like the family, as for them to like you. 

Employment
We feel that our role does not finish once we have found you a job and you have accepted the position - we are there for you for the entire time you are working there and you can contact us at anytime for advice or support.

We are happy to advise you on contracts of employment, we recommend the REC approved nanny contract, holiday entitlements, salaries, rates and increases, allowances, maternity and sick pay, PAYE and much more! So please feel free to call us if you have any queries.
